How to claim warranty

  1. Contact us with your order number, product name, and a clear description of the fault (and photos if helpful). Use our contact form, WhatsApp, or email.
  2. We will confirm that the issue is covered and whether we need the item returned for inspection or repair.
  3. If return is required, we will provide instructions. Pack the item securely; we are not responsible for damage in transit if packaging is inadequate.
  4. Once we or our supplier has assessed the item, we will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer a refund in line with our returns policy.

Keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt). Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
