How to claim warranty
- Contact us with your order number, product name, and a clear description of the fault (and photos if helpful). Use our contact form, WhatsApp, or email.
- We will confirm that the issue is covered and whether we need the item returned for inspection or repair.
- If return is required, we will provide instructions. Pack the item securely; we are not responsible for damage in transit if packaging is inadequate.
- Once we or our supplier has assessed the item, we will arrange repair or replacement as appropriate. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer a refund in line with our returns policy.
Keep your proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt). Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
