- Refunds: Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide a full refund or replacement, including any shipping costs incurred. Non-Functional Items: If the item you received is not functioning properly, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue, provide technical support, or offer a refund or replacement as appropriate. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact. A restocking fee may apply.
- Returns: Return Authorization: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to damage, defect, or an error on our part. Return Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging materials included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or charge a restocking fee.
